  • Na recepci byla paní vstřícná a ochotná, personál v restauraci úžasný, dokonce nám poskytli i salonek, kde jsme v klidu se 7 dětmi mohli být a nerušit hosty restaurace.

  • Mrzí mě, že na apartmánech mezonet chyběla ve výbavě kuchyňky utěrka, v koupelně chybí skříňka na odložení hygienických věcí a popřípadě věcí (oblečení), málo věšáčků na tolik ručníků. Jako velký nedostatek beru parkovací kartu, která je pouze jedna a musí se neustále brát a vracet na recepci. V dnešní době elektroniky, by to šlo vyřešit čipem na kartě od pokoje například.

  • Hotel je na krásném místě, pokoje jsou otočené na řeku.

  • V hotelové recepci při našem příjezdu byly složeny toaletní papíry a papírové ručníky. Vše tam bylo i v den odjezdu.
